What to know before we meet.
Can both centres and individuals take part?
Yes. The symposium is held at William International Equestrian Centre in Shenzhen and welcomes other Hong Kong riding centres and riders. Centres can request to host an event or arrange saddle fitting. Individuals can register for the symposium, request fitting or express interest in learning in Italy.
Will attendees receive a certificate?
Individual symposium attendees receive a participation certificate. For visiting seminars at centres, certificates are jointly issued by Erreplus and the centre. Details will be explained when the event is confirmed.
How do I request a centre visit or saddle check?
Centres can select “Request to host an event” and enter a venue and preferred date. Fitting is available to individuals and centres: Hong Kong 17–24 September, mainland China 24–27 September; 10:00–12:00 or 14:00–17:00. Our team confirms each request.
What is planned for the Italy learning trip?
Centres may express interest for up to two people to learn in Italy; individuals are also welcome. Our team will begin contacting interested participants from 11 October, two weeks after the symposium ends. Dates, fees, places and itinerary require confirmation. Enquiries: +852 97119323.
What are the times, fees and registration arrangements?
The Shenzhen symposium takes place on 25, 26 and 27 September at William International Equestrian Centre. Daily times, fees and speakers will be announced once confirmed. Register your interest now and our team will follow up.
